Here's some suggestions I've discovered that may help you to resolve the problem if you are experiencing fuzziness (compression) for all pictures on the site:
Solution 1: Uncompressed Graphics - Pictures will download a
bit slower but with better clarity. Make sure that you have
"use compressed graphics / never compress
graphics" unchecked in your preferences:
1. Click on My AOL.
2. Click on Preferences.
3. Click on Internet Properties (WWW).
4. Click on the Web Graphics tab.
5. Uncheck "used compressed graphics
/ never compress graphics", i.e. make
sure there is no check mark in the box.
If there is,
click on the box and the check will disappear.
6. Click OK or Apply.
Solution 2: Refresh the screen: click on the little circular arrow (dotted on one end, arrowhead on the other) on the AOL toolbar at the top of the browser.
Solution 3:Control-refresh the screen: hold down the control key and simultaneously click on the refresh arrow.
Depending on your situation, some combination
of these techniques is
likely to resolve the problem. Try any or
all of them.
Music:
All pages on the site have music (MIDI format)
which you should hear automatically. You
won't hear the music if you don't have a
sound card, your speakers are not turned
on, or you don't have a MIDI plug-in for
your browser. On AOL and Internet Explorer,
the music occasionally gets hung up and goes
silent, this can usually be corrected by
refreshing the screen.
Good luck! And I hope you're enjoying the show.
